General Questions Do you work on location? « Yes! We find that your location works best for your session. How do I contact you? « There are many ways to do so! Choose one here! When do I book a session? « You should try and book your session about two weeks in advance but, we try to be available as needed if timing is an issue. Please contact me for any questions you have regarding booking. How long do sessions usually take? « Sessions typically last between one and a half to two hours. When will I receive my purchase? « Four to six weeks after your order is placed you will receive your final prints and/or product. What products do you offer? « We offer prints, gallery wrap images, albums, photo books and note cards. We have a variety of products available, if you have a product in mind please consult us and we will do everything we can to get you the product. When will we get proofs back? « Approximately one week after your session you will be able to log-in to the website and view your session. From there you can choose the ones you want and order them online! You may give your Event number to family and friends so that they may login and make purchases as well. Feel free to share the images. |
